This sake was brewed specially for the National New Sake Contest and is squeezed out from Dewasansan to produce the wonderful Ginjo-ka.
Single pasteurisation produces a delicate nose of rose with dark purple grapes and plump blueberries.A delightful sake that has a soft palate, with notes of lemon drops and pineapple.
A well balanced sake with ripe melon and berry elements that flashes across the palate in a bright fluid zing and ends with a crisp finish.
