Gentle, smooth, well rounded, reminiscent of melting snow. It has a mild floral and fruity fragrance from green apple and honeydew, to clover honey and reveals lingering notes of peach and apricot at mid-range, concluding with a light and slightly dry finish. Recommend to drink chilled.

Founded in 1892 by the Nakano family, Dewazakura Sake Brewery is located in Tendo City, Yamagata. They have participated and won many sake awards. They have won IWC Champion sake twice, and was named IWC Sake Brewer of the decade in 2016.
