An oak barrel aged shochu which barley is fermented in white Koji followed by distillation. Crisp and soft palate with faint hint of oak barrel used for its ageing, lace with an enticing pear fruit notes. Delicate and easy drinking while retaining the traditional shochu character. Recommended to be served with warm water or on the rocks.
