First release of Gozenshu's new 1859 series, named after the year Omachi rice was discovered. Made in the Bodaimoto method, it has a complex nose, muscat, straberries, raspberries, banana bread and hints of vanilla. Surprisingly dry, with good acidity, umami and astringency.
