A unique collaboration by acclaimed French Cellar Master Regis Camus with one of Japan's most respected sake breweries, Urakasumi.

Smooth, light and crisp like a Junmai Daiginjo, this creation by Urakasumi and Regis Camus evokes the early days of Spring. Founded in 1724 and run by Saura-san, an iconic figure of the industry, this brewery is best known for its 'zen' Junmai Ginjo, which is at the base of the four sake blend. This elegant yet playful composition pairs well with a variety of dishes from fish to meat, even pasta and pizza.

On the nose, lemon peel, cocoa and creme brulee. On the palate, this sake is crisp, light and refreshing with notes of honeycomb, nougat and white raisin. Pairs well with ceviche, raw oysters, tuna tartare, arctic char, sashimi, sushi, green salads, and lightly spicy food.
