Made using Matsuyamamii rice, originally grown in this Ehime Prefecture. This rice is similar to Gohyakumangoku rice but bigger in size, and it very suitable for brewing crisp, dry sake. This delicious and well balanced Muroka Junmai Ginjo can be enjoyed from Spring to Autumn. Serve at room temperature in Spring, serve chilled in summer. One of the best brews of Iyo Kagiya sakes.
