Origin: Ohmine Shuzo
A very rare sake in Japan and in the world. The highest-class brewer’s rice from Yamaguchi “Yamada Nishiki” is used for the ingredient and “The water of Benten pond”, one of the 100 elections of Japanese brand-name spring water is used as mother water. Fourteen percent of the low alcohol content was realized by the additive-free method that is very difficult for sake. Since it tastes so fruity and refreshing that you cannot realize it is made only from rice, it is preeminent also for affinity with sweets, such as vanilla ice cream. Please enjoy it after cooling it well.
Ohmine Shuzou operations were resumed in 2010 after a hiatus of 50 years in Mine City, Yamaguchi, which preserves much of its ancient natural beauty: the Akiyoshi Plateau, a national park formed over the course of 300 million years; and Shuhodo, the most impressive limestone cave in Asia. Ohmine Shuzou is a pioneer sake brewery which aims to take advantage of the abundant natural blessings of Mine City through novel ideas.
