Omachi, the "Grandfather" of Sake rice represents Okayama. Omachi is used as an excellent rice for sake brewing in various places as a hybrid, and was valued as the parent of excellent varieties such as Yamadanishiki & Gohyakumangoku.
This Sake has a creamy yoghurt scent with notes of strawberry & apples. A well rounded sake that brings out the flavours of the Omachi rice.
