Delicious, fruity, smooth with the right amount of acidity. Aroma of watermelon. Pleasant fruit notes that lingers. Impressive.
It was named after "Kiku", the name of Kikutaro Sendou, and the desire to make sake that is as clean and beautiful as Shirakiku. It is said that the poet Isamu Yoshii was loving and pouring at the Kofu-tei in the area, saying, "Shirikuku is a true heart-warming sake that drinks a cup of Makotouma sake."
