Established in the sixth year of Meiji, 1873. Niizawa Brewery have been brewing Atagonomatsu since their founding, and it continues to be loved by the local community. Atagonomatsu was also famously the subject of an ode written by the Japanese poet Bansui Doi.
Aromas and flavours of banana and melon spread before being cleaned away by a refreshing acidity for a medium finish.
Crisp yet soft, this well balanced sake is best enjoyed with food.
