Medium sweet sake with a good body. Yukimegami rice is a new sakamai only used in Yamagata Prefecture to make Daiginjo-grade sakes. This special sake is brewed for the annual Japan sake competition and is one of the rare entries that is not made from Yamadanishiki rice. Recommend to enjoy chilled.
