This special aged Daiginjo is brewed painstakingly over a period of more than a month and aged for more than 3 years in low temperature. Mellow with full flavour. Echizen Misaki's Brewmaster used to work for the famous Kokuryu Sake Brewery. This sake is his reinterpretation of their Ishidaya sake.
