Every year, Owner/Brewer - Takeshima-san strives even harder than the year before, in his pursuit to refine the ancient Kimoto brewing method. This sake is released only when it meets the exacting standards of Takeshima-san to be called his Masterpiece. Fresh herbaceous notes with gentle spice on the mid palate. Overall, a very elegant sake with a complex finish.
