The label "Shinku" is dyed in bright red as it is a type of sake that is quite sharp even in Shiratakesen.
The initial mouthfeel is smooth and soft, and the taste of rice spreads slowly. However, it sharpens towards the end. You can enjoy it in a wide range of temperatures, from cold to hot.
