A brand new product of the famous Juyondai brand & Takagi Shuzo. Brewed using a special sake rice, Usuhomare, which was developed over 10 years by the president of Takagi Shuzo. It’s a hybrid of Miyamanishiki & Yulong F10.
With a disc shaped shinpaku (rice heart), it has a medium protein content which produces a transparent sake.
Full of sweet aromas with a balance of slight acidity makes it a refreshing sake to be enjoyed slightly chilled. The layered complex flavours make it a good pairing for oysters, shellfish, shrimps, crabs & all grilled dishes
