Kamoizumi Shusen Junmai is a savoury sake that has notes of mushrooms and an earthiness. Best served with meaty dishes. This sake has not undergone carbon filtration, hence the golden yellow colour with a fragrant nose of spice and fresh mushroom, with hints of minerals. Full bodied and refreshing. It is recommended drunk both chilled and warmed.
