This sake was pressed with the traditional Fune Shibori (drip method). It was bottled with some sediments inside giving it a cloudy look which is likened to the "Summer Mist".
A wonderful aroma of a little muscat and melon, makes it refreshing and delicious like mist on a summer morning. We recommend drinking it chilled at 5-10°C.
