"Katafunune" is a sake with a rich taste. Compared to the light dry type, this sake is round and sweet with a spicy taste. A distinctive feature is the label on which the brand and the fishing boat from which it came (Katafune) are drawn. This is Daiginjo made from Koshidanrei and Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture used for koji rice.

Gorgeous, elegant and rich in flavour, pairs well with flavourful and seasoned dishes.
