Nigori is usually made by putting large amounts of alcohol & sugar in to regular sake; However, Miyashita Sake Brewery have been trying for several years to develop a nigori that has a high level of pure whiteness.
After many years, they have managed to develop with 100% Omachi rice this luxurious sake that draws out the umami flavour of the rice with a delicate & elegant taste
