An exciting 4-way collaboration brew between 4 Yamagata breweries: Mitobe, Tatenokawa, Kojima Sohonten and Otokoyama. This special autumn release was headed by Kojima Sohonten, makers of Toko sake.
Aromas of autumn fruits of honey red apples and sweet ripe pears are balanced by toasty chestnuts and cereal notes. The palate is lively with a good clean finish. Best enjoyed chilled at 12-15°C.
