This is the brewery Kanbai Shuzo's flagship, and is an extravagant Junmai Ginjo with polishing at 45%. It exhibits excellent structure with clean and refreshing acidity. Moderately dry, this sake pairs well with richer cuts of maguro and grilled meats.
