IWC 2019 Silver Medal. Excellent ginjo notes, fresh like pear. Slowly fermented at low temperatures. Slightly dry, with a hint of sweetness and rich rice flavours. Pairs well with steamed fish, white fish sashimi. Also suitable as an aperitif.
