After a summer of ageing, a mellow umami flavour is revealed. Very gentle and elegant on the first sip with a juicy peach flavour compounded with a generous umami on the mid palate. It finishes off with a crisp finish and refreshing acidity.
When warmed up, it creates a gentle aroma & sweetness of a traditional Japanese sweet, Wasanbon. Enjoy it either slightly chilled at 10-12°C or warmed up to 40-45°C
