100 % non blended Koshu(Aged Sake) Awamori. Slowly and carefully aged for at least more than three years underground in a cool temperature. "Kusu" as what the Okinawans called it or "Koshu" in Japanese means "Aged Sake". A very unique kind of taste that is very much easy to appreciate. Starts off with a vigorous, savoury flavour and fine, elegant aroma and ends up with a very mild, soft finish.
