From the town of Hakushu, where some of the best quality water comes from in Japan, this Junmai Daiginjo was brewed using the underground water flowing from Minami-Alps' Mt.Kaikoma. Brewed with rice under the ideal sake brewing polishing rate of 37%, this Junmai Daiginjo is fairly dry, with fruity floral notes and a delicate and graceful aroma along with an expressive umami from the rice.

“Kaikoma” Junmai Daiginjo is brewed by utilizing underground water flowing from Minami-Alps’ Mt. Kaikoma, in the town famous for its water called “Hakushu.” This is a Japanese sake fit for any special occasions, especially served with a wine glass where you can slowly enjoy the aromatic experience from this beautiful Junmai Daiginjo.
