Taiheikai, meaning ‚ÄúPacific Ocean,‚Äù was the original brand of the Huchu Homare Brewery when it was founded in 1854.¬†Huchu Homare is a well-respected brewery from Ibaraki. They were ‚Äúmentored‚Äù by Sudo Honke to a degree, but today, are thoroughly their equal. The brewery‚Äôs ‚ÄúHuchu Rokui‚Äù spring water is medium-soft in hardness.
