It is now renewed to bring out more enticing, crisp and refreshing character of Junmai Ginjo. Soft scents of berries and herb leaves. Balanced acidity and sweetness, extremely clean finish. Best paired with dishes such as dashi maki tamago, boiled tofu with konbu and light ponzu sauce, grilled amaebi, etc.
