Yamamoto sake is very unique, refreshing, aromatic and invigorating.Yamamoto san has jumped the shark by incorporating 5 Akita rice varieties and 5 Akita yeasts in one bottle of Junmai Daiginjo.
This sake is all about the palate but a subtle nose of apple, pear and grapefruit will get the juices flowing. A super silky textured sake with white peach, nashi pear, cherry, light jersey caramel, candy apple, star anise and a satisfying finish.
