This unique sake uses yeast which is preserved in-house. Green apples on the aroma with stone fruits on the palate. Good tension and precision with a polished grainy texture. Elegant with fine acidity, this sake is great paired with light crispy foods such as tempura and white fish with ponzu vinegar.
