A limited edition produced to celebrate the brewery's 333rd anniversary. The label features 2 rabbits performing Mochitsuki - the Japanese tradition of pounding of rice to make mochi.
Cereal sweetness, fruity flavours and finishes pleasantly crisp. Being a jikagumi, this sake has slight sediments resting at the bottom of the bottle.
