With no minimum polishing requirement & distilled alcohol, Junmai-shu are made only with rice, water & yeast. Aromas & flavours are reminiscent of steamed rice, mochi, barley, genmai & malt. Typically served warm & able to pair with a wide range of food & cuisines.
