This brewery was the first to brew nigori sakes, and the most well-known of its kind! Delicious on its own or with hot pot and sukiyaki. Fruity on the nose, with refreshing acidity and smooth texture. A little spritzy! Notes of pear, followed by rice and umami. The Iwai rice used is from a special contract with a Fushimi rice farmer.
