Description
An ABV of 12% with a great deal more character than many of the low alcohol brews on the market. Starting with a refreshing aroma resulting from the use of #7 yeast, hints of apple combine with good umami notes. As a Genshu it provides a juicy sensation, a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity, and a natural effervescence from direct bottling which makes it that much more refreshing.
