Crisp aromas of apple peel and banana. Refreshing acidity rounds of the light and fluffy textures. Elegant crisp, clean and dry. This sake is made from the recipe of 7th generation Hisae Megumi who travelled around Japan learning how to make sake.
The brewery is led by one of the few female master brewers (Toji) in Japan called Asaka Watanabe. The brewery was founded in 1902 and she is the 4th generation Watanabe who is continuing this traditional know-how of her family.
