Brewed using the best quality Yamada Nishiki brewer's rice steamed in Koshiki (Old style Rice Steaming vat) and fermented using Haze Komi Koji ( a style of Rice koji for making aromatic sake). Meticulously brewed during the coldest period of winter.
Refreshingly sweet and light in the palate with a gorgeous fragrance of rice. Light savoury taste, soft texture and clean finish.
